Denbigh’s Star Wakeboarding Family

The Saunders family are making a huge splash in the competitive world of Wakeboarding.  Jessie (Year 7), Callum (Year 11) and Kieran (former student) are competing at a national and international level.

Callum recovered from a serious ankle injury to join Kieran in the GB Wakeboarding Squad who achieved a team silver medal at the European Championships in Denmark this August.

Callum will also be competing at the UK National Championships in September alongside his sister Jessie who is following in her brothers’ footsteps and is a rising star.   Jessie is the former Under 11 UK National champion, 2021 and is looking to retain her title!

Then the whole family are heading to Thailand at the end of October for the World Championships to see all three children compete for Team GB.

An amazingly talented and committed family and we are proud of them all.
