MK Athletics Federation Cup Winners  

Our team of athletes who competed in the MK Athletics Federation Cup last week brought home the trophy for Denbigh!  The students performed brilliantly on the day competing against 15 MK secondary schools and coming out on top by a huge 12 points.  There were many memorable individual performances, and it was fantastic to see the Year 7 Girls and Boys, Year 8 Boys and Year 10 Girls teams all win their age group categories.

Matt Linbourne, Head of the PE Faculty said: ‘I am so proud of our athletes who have brought home the Federation Cup to Denbigh for the first time in seven years.   It was a fantastic day, the weather was glorious and all involved had a thoroughly enjoyable time.  Well done to everyone involved.’
