All applications for Denbigh Sixth Form are made through the admissions portal Applica. Please click on the button below to complete your application for Year 12 only. If you are completing the application as a parent/carer on behalf of your Year 11 child and have previously made an application to Denbigh School through Applica, for Year 7 entry or Sixth Form entry, you will be required to log in as an existing user and click ‘Start new application’. If you are a Year 11 Student and using your own email, then please click ‘Start application’.
