Stephenson wins Spelling Bee and leads the House Cup

Last week saw a keenly contested House Spelling Bee Competition.  All students had the chance to compete in the initial round of the Challenge during tutorial, before the highest scoring 33 students represented their Houses in the Final.

It was really tough competition with words such as Ethnocentric, Heterozygous, Exponential and Onomatopoeia to name but a few.  Congratulations to Stephenson whose Team came out winners and leapt into the lead in the House Cup.  The full results are:
