Success at Bucks Schools Cross-Country Championships

Congratulations to the 13 students who qualified to represent Denbigh at the Buckinghamshire Schools Cross Country Championships held at Stowe School.  They all qualified as a result of their excellent performances at the MK Schools Cross Country Championships. They represented their school and themselves in a mature and professional manner and recorded some excellent individual and team results.  These included a fifth-place finish for Alex Vout and an 11^th place finish for Morgan Bunn.  The highlights from our results were:

Junior Boys

Team Third Place finish (just 4 seconds from second place).

Alex Vout – fifth out of 108 runners. 

Intermediate Boys

Morgan Bunn – 11^th out of 63 runners.

Junior Girls

Eleanor Miller, Eleanore Geaney and Emily Evans finished in the top 52 out of 107 runners.

Minor Girls

10^th place finish out of 15 teams.
