Welcome to our new SENDCo, Mr Forster

Meet Mr Forster, our newly appointed SENDCo, who joined us at Easter. Mr Forster will head up our experienced SEND Team who provide support to students who have been identified as having special educational needs and disabilities. He will be the main point of contact for parents of SEND students. He is also a member of the Humanities Faculty and will be involved in the teaching of History and Citizenship to Year 8 and 9 students for the remainder of the year. Mr Forster previously worked at Biddenham International School as Acting SENDCo and was Head of Religious Studies, Citizenship and PSHEE.

Mr Forster said: ‘I am delighted to be joining such a dedicated and experienced SEND Team. I know that Denbigh is committed to a policy of inclusion, that there are high expectations of students and that our resources are deployed to ensure that all students’ needs, including those with SEND are met. I am looking forward to working with you all.’
