Year 7 take on Apprentice Challenge

90 Year 7 students took on our Junior Apprentice Challenge during the summer term Enrichment Day.  The Challenge provides a real-life learning opportunity for students to test out their entrepreneurial skills.

Students were split into teams of eight and challenged to create a healthy crisp brand, making decisions about logos, slogans and packaging.  They created billboards and presented their ideas to all the competitors and the judges.  The day was enjoyable for all involved and the students developed their skills in entrepreneurial decision making, team working, problem solving and IT.

Every student stood out in their own right and really worked hard throughout the Challenge. Team ‘Snackers’ were declared winners on the day and celebrated with their trophy.
