Sixth Formers take on National Mathematical Olympiad
Four of our most talented mathematicians from Year 12 and Year 13 represented Denbigh in the National Mathematical Olympiad for Girls. This national competition challenges female mathematicians from across the UK to solve five demanding Maths problems in just two and a half hours, including providing full written explanations.
All four students performed really well with two deserving a special mention. Shahana Ketheswaran, Year 12 was awarded a certificate of Merit and Liberty Abbott, Year 13 gained a Distinction. Congratulations to the whole team who did us proud!
