Newton are Sixth Form Star Bakers  

Congratulations to Newton House’s bakers who won the Sixth Form Bake Off Competition.   In a competitive and fun event, Year 12 students from each of our Houses completed two baking challenges, producing Profiteroles with cream and Viennese Swirls filled with jam and buttercream.

The results were fantastic, and it was a challenge for the judges to separate them but in the end, Newton were declared winners for their tasty and beautifully presented bakes.

Thank you to our Staff House Champions for organising the event and to Mrs Spittle, Mrs Molloy and the DT Faculty for hosting and judging.
