Sixth Form Physicists excel on National Stage

Our Sixth Form physicists have been testing themselves against the top young scientists in the country in the British Physics Olympiad and the Senior Physics Challenge.

Four Year 13 physicists took part in the British Physics Olympiad achieving one Gold, two Silver and one Commendation medal. A special mention for Raayan Beg whose Gold medal means that he is in the top 17% of young scientists who took part.

Our Year 12 physicists took part in the Senior Physics Challenge recording three Gold, 19 Silver, 26 Bronze and one Commendation award.  A special mention to Toby Snowdon, Dillon Franklin & Kush Tailor whose Gold awards put them in the top 16% of young scientists who took part.

We are very proud of all of our young scientists.
