Gabriel Moses wins the Loftman Award
Gabriel Moses, Year 13 is this year’s winner of the prestigious school community prize, the Loftman Award, presented to him at our recent Celebration of Success Awards Ceremony. The Award, which was donated by the Loftman Family, recognises a student who has made an outstanding contribution to the wider life of the School through participating in a huge range of extra-curricular activities.

Gabriel is a worthy winner of this award as he puts himself out there and gets involved in as many aspects of school life as he can. He is a leading member of the Sixth Form Committee, having organised and overseen elections and candidate presentations for the current Committee. Gabriel is a House President and is always there for our public events and encourages students from across the School to get involved themselves. Gabriel took on a key role in the Sixth Form Cultures Day when students come together to celebrate the cultural diversity which is such a strength of our school. Gabriel has also been a Class Mentor as part of his wider Sixth Form experience and represented the School at the Commonwealth Day Service at Westminster Abbey, attended by the King.

We are delighted that Gabriel’s outstanding contribution to school life has been recognised and we know that he will continue to be an inspiration to his peers throughout his time in Year 13.
