Sun shines on memorable Year 11 Prom   

The photos are now in from a memorable ‘Prom in the Sun’ when Year 11 celebrated the end of five years together at Denbigh. The event was held in June at the picturesque Sui Lago, overlooking Furzton Lake, where students enjoyed a night of fun, friendship and celebration. Alongside delicious pizza and desserts, students took to the dance floor, challenged friends on the mini golf course and captured special moments in the photo booth.  Students arrived in impressive style, stepping out of a stunning array of vehicles and looking fabulous in their elegant evening wear, making for a truly spectacular occasion.

Mr Steed said: ‘It was wonderful to be part of this special celebration and to see our students marking five years together at Denbigh.  Our ‘Prom in the Sun’ provided a fitting finale to students’ Year 11 journey, giving them the opportunity to celebrate their achievements and create lasting memories with friends. Thank you to all the staff who helped make the evening so special.  A particular mention goes to Miss Kewney and Mr Hairsine who, as Heads of Year, provided exceptional support to students throughout their time at the school which helped them to achieve such wonderful GCSE results.’
